When was the last time you enjoyed a fresh piece of fruit?
I’m convinced that fresh organic fruit is the best vitamin tablet you can take!
It offers a wonderful experience – tastes great, full of organic goodness straight from the soil.
And that’s where it all starts and finishes – the quality of soil.
So what happens in soil that hasn’t been treated with pesticides, fungicides, insecticides and synthetic fertilisers?
Just what God intended to happen – nature takes its course.
Organic produce is grown using natural fertisiers, namely compost and a variety of manures and natural methods are used to control pests.
So, in soil producing organic food, compost and manure breaks down in the soil and this encourages earth worms to aerate the soil.
Where we live is clay soil so it’s been a huge process of trial and error trying to grow our own veges. Not all that successful I must admit but I’m learning more every season.
I’m getting really good at growing trees from seed but not so good with the veges so that’s why we get a supply delivered from our organic suppliers – right to our door with free delivery.
I’m the main one who eats fruit in our family so I have a wonderful selection to enjoy and am convinced that eating lots of fruit and veges is what has given me such a good standard of health. My muscles are stronger than they have ever been and I partly put that down to practising the Dry Swan exercise (get your free app here) as that uses pretty much all of the muscles in one go, but also down to the quality of food I get to enjoy.
So, eating fruit and veges gives you such a complete array of vitamins and minerals and all those vitamins and minerals get put to good use through being naturally processed in our bodies – instead of a lot of it being wasted through pee as is the case with vitamin tablets.
Not everyone has access to fresh fruit and veges but if you do, then enjoy them!

Seriously, limes are amazing with tequila and tequila is a medicinal product. I kid you not!
Obviously, anything taken in abundance is not good for you but I would rather have a tequila with dry ginger ale, lots of ice and a couple of slices of lime than suffer a migraine – any day!
Whether it’s the relaxation that comes with drinking a tequila (just the one, as I said medicinal) or whether it’s the lime, I’m not sure. But, it works and that’s all that matters.
As well as fruit we order a selection of vegetables.
So very blessed to have this service and I never take it for granted.
If you have access to fresh fruit, then I highly recommend you make it a habit to eat some every day.
