Bladder Control Issues

If you’re struggling with bladder control issues, repeat after me –

We are what we eat!

Just think about that for a minute – every type of food and drink you consume goes into producing cells, in fact we’re made up of over 30 trillions cells. And every one of those cells is being produced from what you’re consuming.

Every single thing that goes into your digestive system is then being used to replace cells in your body.

So, what if your diet is providing your body with inferior material to produce cells ?

Foods like:

  • Takeaways
  • Fast food
  • Processed food
  • Food with additives and preservatives
  • Food and drink with artificial sweeteners

Do you think the cells being produced by a typical diet, in the life of someone who works hard and is seldom home in time to cook or prepare a nutritious meal, are going to be healthy cells?

Seriously…do you?

Just imagine baking a cake and you are using white bleached flour, white bleached sugar, margarine (I’m trying to contain my horror!) and commercial products – you mix it all up and put it in the oven to bake.

Then imagine you bake a cake using ground organic flour, raw sugar, butter (love butter, it has so many health benefits) and other natural ingredients and put that in the oven to bake.

Be honest now…which one would taste the best?

Yep, you got that right – the organic, fresh, wholesome cake.

You know what I’m saying is true and the purpose of writing this post is to remind you that you deserve better than being pushed from pillar to post, not only in your career and daily lifestyle but in your health decisions.

You deserve to eat fresh, wholesome food, and to enjoy optimum health and wellbeing.

Improve Your Bladder Health

So…where do you start when it comes to improving your general and bladder health?

How do you avoid climbing on that medical merry-go-round?

There’s so much you can do to improve your own health before climbing aboard the medical merry go round.

And that’s important…because you could find yourself going in circles, like I did, before realising that the main issues involved in achieving better bladder control are diet and exercise.

Let me explain what I mean…

I can imagine that you are typically finishing work late and picking up fast food dinner on the way home. Of course when you get to work the next day you find out the major drama you had to stay back for has been resolved and there was no need to buy into your boss’ insistence that “It has to be done before you go home.”

Interpretation…the company will collapse into a black hole and it’s all your fault!!!

So, let me get that straight…you stayed back at work, yet again, and the next day all your hard work was just brushed aside as though it never happened.

Does that sound like you?

If that does sounds like you, then we need to talk…check out my eBook below and/or contact me at tess.dryswan@aapt.net.au

So, you get home with just enough energy to dish the meal, watch a little TV and then crash into bed.

Trouble is, tomorrow the scenario is there to do it all again and, over time, this takes its toll on your health and wellbeing and on your bladder.

So why is that important you ask…

Well, you’ve created a habit – a bad habit.

I call it the being ‘everything to everyone’ habit and there’s only one omnipotent being who can do that!

Urinary Incontinence

When it comes to urinary incontinence and those dreaded ‘oops’ moments, it can be frightening, trying to discover what’s going on with your body. You may already be heading round for the umpteenth time on your merry-go-round, as I did, trying to find solutions and reasons why you’re experiencing bladder control issues.

Believe me, you need to get off that ride and catch your breath.

You can then explore your options, because during menopause it can feel like we have no options, no choices, no friendly ear to listen.

But what if I told you that here is a natural solution, and I would love to share with you my free eBook to get you started on your road to recovery.

Download your copy of 3 Ways To Achieve Better Bladder Control Now and learn how you can take back control through simple exercise and revamping your diet.

It really is time to put yourself back in your care life and take a little time to read my eBook, check out your diet and learn the wonderful Dry Swan exercise at the same time.

Neglecting your diet and exercise really is a health disaster waiting to happen.

The toughest part is putting you first and it does take a bit of practise to break the selfless habit and put you back at the top of your care life.

Eating good wholesome food, drinking filtered water and looking after you – for a change.

You see, the most amazing thing happens when we put ourselves back at the top of our care life, we become physically strong and well and able to cope when others try to impose unrealistic expectations on us.

We get off that merry-go-round, save a fortune, improve our health naturally and life is the best it’s ever been.

So…repeat after me…

We are what we eat!
